例文：[例3] The Court held that a trademark owner is entitled to oppose the release of genuine branded goods for free circulation. It is also entitled to oppose the ‘offering’ or ‘putting on the market’ of the goods while they have the Customs status ‘non-Community goods’, if such offering or sale will necessarily entail putting the goods onto the market in the EEC. It is not, however, entitled to oppose mere entry of the goods into the EEC under the ‘external transit’ procedure or the Customs warehousing procedure.
